Depending on what type of business you have will determine who you need to prepare annual accounts for.

• Sole trader – accounts are required for your tax return
• Partnership – accounts are required for the partnership with a split in profits to each partner
• Limited company – you require accounts for Companies House and for HM Revenue & Customs.

We will ensure your accounts are prepared to the relevant accounting standard and are in a format acceptable to which ever department requires them.

As well as annual accounts we can prepare monthly, quarterly or 6 monthly management accounts so you can see how your business is performing.
