Bookkeeping is key to ensuring your figures are correct and accurate.
We primarily use Quickbooks with Dext for most of our clients.
Dext allows you to take pictures of your receipts and invoices on your mobile phone and upload them directly to Quickbooks.
In Quickbooks we would link your bank account where all transactions are downloaded and can be matched to the receipts and invoices you uploaded through Dext.
By combining Quickbooks with Dext, the time spent by clients on their bookkeeping has reduced significantly as everything is uploaded and matched when you have the receipt and link your bank account.
Whilst we have said we primarily use Quickbooks, we also have clients who use other digital accounting software like Sage or Xero, and they also use Dext or other data capture apps like Autoentry.
We would recommend to all clients that a digital accounting package is the quickest and easiest way to keep your business receipts and income in order and up to date.
